What are the average delivery times?
There is no single catalogue-wide delivery time. Every listed SKU is available to quote. The date we can commit to is written on your quotation.
Where do you ship from?
Goods leave from port. Sales in Qianshan, Zhuhai coordinate the shipment. Transport may be sea freight, air freight, courier, or a freight forwarder you nominate.
Which Incoterms do you use?
Common terms are EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. The term for your order is the one written on the quotation — it can also be agreed case by case.
How do I get a quote?
Email sales@seroc.cn with the SEROC part number, OEM number or machine make/model, quantity and destination. We reply with commercial terms for that order.
