Shipments leave from port. Our sales team in Zhuhai coordinates packing and dispatch. Every SKU listed on this website is available to quote. The site does not show tracking or a single catalogue-wide delivery time.
Transport
We ship by sea freight, air freight, courier, or a freight forwarder you nominate.
Trade terms
Common Incoterms are EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. The term for your order is the one written on the quotation, or another term agreed for that order.
Lead time
We do not publish a global delivery promise. Lead time is written on your quotation for that order.
How to ask for a lead time
Send the part number or OEM number, quantity and destination to sales@seroc.cn. If you already have a preferred Incoterm or freight forwarder, include that in the enquiry.
